Benefits Enrollment

ENROLLMENT AS A TOP PRIORITY

We understand there is much to learn as you enroll in new benefits. That's why we've made our benefit enrollment simple!

First, as an employee, there are many free benefits available to you from day one. To learn more about these benefits, and the entire suite of benefits offered to employees, visit the Benefits Available page.

We know how important individual health and wellness is and how important it is to receive benefits, such as medical dental, and vision, at a reasonable cost. As a result, we work diligently to provide competitive and effective benefits for our employees. The Company continues to contribute approximately 76% of the total cost across all medical insurance options offered to employees.

Who Can Enroll?

Regular full-time positions intended to typically work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for all benefits.

All regular employees – regardless of schedule or hours – are eligible for the 401(k), Benefit Hub, and the Employee Assistance Program.

Dependent Eligibility

A "dependent" is someone you elect to include on your health coverage:

  • Legal spouse (must be legally married and able to provide documentation)
  • Your child(ren) up to age 26, or any age if permanently disabled
  • Your child(ren) includes: biological, step, adopted, and any for whom you are the legally appointed guardian
  • As examples: Grandchildren, cousins, friends, neighbors, fiancés do not qualify as a dependent and are NOT eligible for coverage

NOTE: Proof of dependent eligibility required – get ready now!

  • HRAccess is partnered with Alight Dependent Verification Services to verify the eligibility of all dependents on our health benefit plans.
  • In order for each covered dependent to remain enrolled, you MUST provide documentation to verify their eligibility.
  • Requested documentation may include items such as birth or marriage certificates.
  • A separate communication and instructions will be sent to your home and email addresses (work and personal, if available).

This dependent verification process will help lower compliance risk, preserve enrollment accuracy, and help control premiums and claims cost. While more information will be sent separately, now is a great time to review the HRAccess dependent eligibility rules (i.e. who is eligible and who is not) available under the Get Covered section, and take action to remove any ineligible dependents from coverage before the dependent verification audit begins.

Visit the Benefits Enrollment website on the MyHR system during the first 30 days of your employment to select benefits for you and your eligible dependents!

New Hire Enrollment

If you miss the deadline, you may have to wait until the following year to enroll in benefit coverage. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment (or the first of the month following your hire date if an employee of Progrexion ASG/Corporate or Marketing).

Note: Part-time, Temporary and contractor positions are NOT eligible for any benefits. You must log into MyHR to make any and all benefit elections. If you fail to make benefit elections before the deadline, you will not be covered.

As you prepare to make these important decisions, take a moment to review the benefit plans, tools, and resources available to help you make the best decisions possible.

If you need help deciding which plan is best for you and your family, utilize these resources to help determine what works for your individual situation.

Life Events

Making Changes to your Elections

Most benefit elections cannot be changed during the year unless you experience certain "qualifying" events. See the detailed chart below for what qualifies as a life event, and for what types of changes you can make.

You have 30 days from the event date to make changes to your benefits – NO EXCEPTIONS! To request benefit election changes as part of a life event, follow these steps:

  • Click on "MENU," hover over "Myself" and click "Life Events."
  • Review the available life events and select the one that fits your situation.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts.
  • Upon completion, the HRAccess Benefits Team will either approve or deny your request.

IMPORTANT: Report life events immediately! Do not delay. Changes to coverage and your payroll deductions will be made effective as soon as administratively possible. With the exception of birth or adoption, qualifying life event changes will take place on the first of the month following approval.

For birth or adoption only: Every effort will be made to make changes retroactive to the date of the event. However, if you delay reporting life events until after the next payroll cycle has passed, your payroll deductions reflecting the change to your coverage may be delayed until the next paycheck. Refunds generally will not be made in connection with life events requested after payroll deadlines have passed.

Annual Open Enrollment

Annual Open Enrollment takes place at the beginning of November each year for the next year's benefits. More communication and information around this will come as we get closer to the date.

During Open Enrollment, employees have the opportunity to review current benefit elections, learn more about what’s available and make any needed changes to their benefit elections for the coming year. Keep your eyes out for communication coming from HRAccess for additional details.
